Find a mirror that reflects your personal style!
The most important thing you see when looking in your bathroom mirror, should be you. But, good framing shouldn’t be left entirely to chance! Mirrors are a reasonably inexpensive way to complement the style of your bathroom design.
Think about whether you want a mirror with or without a frame, and what style that frame should be. Mirrors that are different from the overall bathroom style can add character to what might otherwise look like a “too perfect” room. Selecting one according to good home design basics can avoid your room looking mismatched.
Who will be using the mirror? If you have kids, make sure they can see themselves in the mirror, or if there are tall people in the household, try to find a mirror that ends a little over the height of their eyes. This means no one will be left jumping or crouching to see themselves in the mirror. Also try to get a mirror that does not extend beyond the edges of the vanity or basin it is positioned over.
Picking the right mirror is a personal decision, just like with the rest of your bathroom. Ultimately, only you will know which one feels right for you.
